• • We are actively seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Application Security Analyst to become an integral part of our team. This role is crucial for providing expert security administration for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, with a primary focus on PeopleSoft FSCM (Financials/Supply Chain Management) and PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management).
• • Your core responsibility will be to meticulously analyze business security requirements and translate them into robust, secure, and scalable configurations within the PeopleSoft environment. This involves a deep understanding of how to implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity.
• • You will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and technical teams to expertly configure roles, permission lists, and user access controls. This includes managing user provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring that access is granted appropriately based on job functions and business needs.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves actively implementing security enhancements and driving improvements to the overall application security architecture. This goes beyond routine access management and requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
• • The position demands hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core Security, a thorough understanding of ERP environments, and a solid grasp of how application security directly supports critical audit and compliance frameworks, such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• • Key responsibilities include the comprehensive configuration, ongoing maintenance, and continuous optimization of PeopleSoft security roles, permission lists, and user profiles across our diverse ERP landscapes. This ensures that security measures are up-to-date and effective.
• • You will be instrumental in implementing strategic security enhancements and driving improvements to the PeopleSoft security architecture, extending beyond basic access provisioning to encompass broader security posture improvements.
• • A critical function of this role is to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into secure, well-defined application configurations within PeopleSoft, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security policies.
• • You will provide essential security administration and dedicated user support for our core ERP applications, specifically PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM, addressing user inquiries and resolving security-related issues promptly.
• • Developing and maintaining comprehensive security documentation, generating insightful reports, and preparing necessary audit-related information will be a key part of your contribution, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• • Proficiency in creating SQL queries and scripts will be utilized to meticulously analyze security configurations, identify discrepancies, and generate essential reports as needed, supporting data-driven security decisions.
• • You will actively participate in crucial security testing activities, including Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all security-related changes and enhancements, ensuring their effectiveness and accuracy before deployment.
