📋 Description
- • Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of internal performance coaching programs alongside Xsolla’s Performance Coaches.
- • Assist in developing content and materials for coaching sessions, including worksheets, guides, and feedback frameworks grounded in psychological principles.
- • Help organize and coordinate logistics for coaching programs, including scheduling, participant communication, and resource distribution.
- • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback from participants to identify trends and areas for program enhancement.
- • Conduct research on best practices in performance psychology, organizational culture, and human potential to inform coaching methodologies.
- • Collaborate with team members to create scalable systems for tracking participant progress and coaching outcomes.
- • Participate in weekly team meetings to contribute ideas, review program effectiveness, and propose iterative improvements.
- • Document processes and outcomes to build a knowledge base for future coaching initiatives and onboarding of new team members.
- • Engage with employees across departments to understand their performance goals and challenges, ensuring coaching programs are relevant and impactful.
- • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee feedback and performance data.
- • Contribute to the creation of internal communications that promote coaching program participation and cultural alignment with Xsolla’s mission.
- • Apply scientific rigor to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching interventions using measurable indicators of growth and engagement.
- • Demonstrate creativity in translating psychological theories into practical, actionable tools for workplace performance improvement.
