  • • As a Performance Creative Designer at Directive Consulting LLC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the company's visual identity across three divisions and the Stratos AI platform, ensuring brand consistency while driving measurable performance in paid media campaigns and sales enablement materials for enterprise B2B clients.
  • • You will design and produce static and motion ad creative for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels, including :15, :30, and :60 video cutdowns, while collaborating with media and growth teams to iterate based on performance data such as CTR, watch time, and scroll-stop rate.
  • • You will create sales enablement assets including pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, and case study presentations that clearly communicate Directive’s three-division value proposition to CMO- and CFO-level audiences, working closely with strategy and growth leadership to align visual design with selling narratives.
  • • You will establish and evolve a scalable design system that accounts for multiple industry verticals and platform contexts, ensuring all internal and external contributors apply brand standards correctly, with zero off-brand assets shipping without review.
  • • You will operate as an individual contributor on Eastern Standard Time, delivering weekly output that connects design decisions to commercial outcomes, proactively communicating with stakeholders, and embracing ambiguity as you build systems from scratch in a high-visibility, high-impact role.
  • • You will contribute to Directive’s inflection point by shaping a brand and creative program that must scale with ambition, where your work will be directly attributed to performance benchmarks including 25%+ video watch length, 10%+ CTR, and a minimum of two active A/B tests per channel at all times.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of professional design experience, with a meaningful portion in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing environment
  • • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video production
  • • Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with understanding of platform specs, attention constraints, and scroll-stopping creative
  • • At least 1–2 years of motion graphics and short-form video production experience
  • • Experience designing sales and pitch materials for professional services or B2B contexts, with ability to translate complex value propositions into clear, on-brand visual narratives
