- • As a Performance Creative Designer at Directive Consulting LLC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the company's visual identity across three divisions and the Stratos AI platform, ensuring brand consistency while supporting high-stakes enterprise sales and performance-driven paid media campaigns. This role is critical because Directive operates as a revenue-first marketing consultancy where creative output must directly influence measurable business outcomes like click-through rates, video watch time, and client acquisition — not just aesthetic appeal.
- • You will steward and evolve Directive's visual identity by creating a scalable design system that unifies the Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions with the Stratos platform layer, applying brand standards across all touchpoints including ad creative, sales enablement materials, and external contributor outputs to ensure every asset is instantly recognizable as Directive without being visually generic.
- • You will design and produce high-performing ad creative for paid social and programmatic channels (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic display), including static units in 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9 aspect ratios, motion graphics, and short-form video cutdowns (:15, :30, :60), editing raw footage into polished ads and collaborating with the media team to iterate based on performance data like CTR, watch time, and scroll-stop rate.
- • You will design sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, and case study presentations that clearly communicate Directive’s complex three-division value proposition to enterprise prospects, building reusable templates and division-specific collateral that maintain visual consistency while adapting to distinct audience needs.
- • You will partner with growth, strategy, and media teams to align creative work with selling narratives and campaign goals, establishing a repeatable A/B testing rhythm (hypothesis → variant → data → decision) and ensuring zero off-brand assets ship without review, with success measured by internal CSAT scores of 4.0+ and performance benchmarks like 25%+ video watch length and 10%+ CTR.
- • You will join a remote-first, high-impact consultancy at an inflection point where the brand, paid creative program, and sales materials are being rebuilt to match ambitious growth targets, giving you ownership over foundational work that will be visible, consequential, and directly tied to revenue outcomes without managerial oversight.
- • You will develop expertise in translating performance data into creative decisions, mastering the balance between brand craft and commercial outcome, and becoming proficient in using generative AI tools to enhance design workflows while operating within EST hours and delivering weekly output as an individual contributor.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of professional design experience, with a meaningful portion in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing environment
- • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing
- • Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with understanding of platform specs, attention constraints, and scroll-stopping creative
- • At least 1–2 years of motion graphics and short-form video production experience
- • Experience designing sales and pitch materials for professional services or B2B contexts, including pitch decks, proposal templates, and case studies
