- • As the Performance Marketing Strategy Lead at Freshpaint, you will serve as a Growth Architect who bridges technical expertise in modern ad stack mechanics with strategic advisory to help healthcare marketers drive measurable growth while maintaining privacy compliance. You will work directly with customers, agencies, and internal teams to translate performance challenges into product innovations and go-to-market strategies.
- • Day to day, you will engage with healthcare marketing teams to diagnose performance issues, build repeatable frameworks for incrementality testing and media mix modeling, advise on server-side solutions like CAPI and Enhanced Conversions, and develop ROI stories that support sales and customer success. You will also partner with product and revenue teams to shape positioning and roadmap based on frontline insights.
