  • • This role is part of a lean, high-impact growth team responsible for the entire growth stack of our three flagship applications. This encompasses performance marketing, creative strategy, analytics, and all related functions. You will be a key contributor, owning the day-to-day operations of specific acquisition channels.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for managing and optimizing campaigns on prominent platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and AppLovin. This is a hands-on media buying position where you will be entrusted with significant budgets, granted a high degree of autonomy, and have the direct opportunity to influence and improve our user acquisition metrics.
  • • This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located anywhere within North or South America, offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to build, meticulously optimize, and consistently maintain app performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social and potentially Demand-Side Platform (DSP) channels. This involves a deep dive into campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and scale.
  • • A core objective of this role is to drive efficient new user acquisition for one of our flagship mental fitness applications. You will be instrumental in identifying, testing, and scaling channels that deliver high-quality users at a sustainable cost.
  • • You will be expected to present clear, concise weekly performance reports, highlighting key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization. This includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing strategic adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • • Continuous creative testing is paramount to improving campaign performance. You will spearhead the execution of A/B tests for ad creatives, including variations in copy, visuals, and calls-to-action, to identify what resonates best with our target audiences and drives optimal engagement and conversion.
  • • You will play a role in spearheading research into Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and methodologies to enhance our existing Growth marketing tooling. This could involve exploring new AI-powered platforms for campaign automation, creative generation, or performance analysis.
  • • Meticulous monitoring and updating of project trackers are essential for effective media buying and creative testing initiatives. You will ensure all project statuses, timelines, and key learnings are accurately documented and accessible to the team, facilitating seamless collaboration and project management.

  • • This position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with creative teams, data analysts, and other marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives. Your insights from campaign performance will directly inform creative development and overall marketing strategy.
  • • Ultimately, your work will directly contribute to expanding our user base, enhancing brand awareness, and furthering our mission of making mental fitness accessible to everyone, everywhere.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of app performance marketing experience specifically on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or AppLovin platforms.
  • • 1+ years of experience in writing creative briefs for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) performance marketing ad campaigns.
  • • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing direct-response campaigns with a focus on performance metrics.
  • • Solid understanding of key performance marketing direct-response KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • • Experience utilizing Generative AI tools (e.g., for ad production) and AI-powered copywriting or analysis tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude AI).
  • • Proficiency in navigating business intelligence tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
  • • Strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • • A proactive, resourceful, and resilient mindset, comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity in a remote setting.
