- • As a Paid Media Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for B2B SaaS and tech clients by designing and executing data-informed paid media strategies that prioritize SQLs and customer acquisition over vanity metrics, directly contributing to client revenue goals through the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology.
- • You will manage a portfolio of approximately five mid-tier and enterprise client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact while leading campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels, ensuring alignment with client value propositions and business objectives.
- • Directive Consulting is a remote-first, performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech clients, known for its innovative Customer Generation framework that shifts focus from MQLs to qualified sales opportunities and closed-won revenue, fostering a culture of analytics, storytelling, and continuous learning.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing paid media account performance, conducting weekly vendor and partner check-ins, building quarterly client strategies, managing budgets across multiple channels, confirming accurate lead routing in CRMs, optimizing PPC campaigns through keyword research and ad copy, driving referrals via client relationships, and collaborating with an Associate Director to meet internal and client KPIs.
- • You will be expected to maintain high personal productivity and utilization, translate complex data into compelling narratives for clients and executives, stay ahead of industry trends including AI and automation in marketing, and occasionally travel (approximately once per year per client) to strengthen relationships and deliver strategic value.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS paid media strategy, refine your ability to balance analytical rigor with creative storytelling, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with SEO, CRO, and video teams, and position yourself as a trusted advisor capable of influencing client growth trajectories and expanding service adoption through strategic upsells.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B SaaS/tech clients
- • Deep expertise in managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- • Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar to derive data-driven optimizations
- • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and drive measurable results for mid-market or enterprise accounts
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear narratives, build client trust, and present insights to stakeholders including executives
- • Demonstrated success in driving client growth, meeting OKRs, and cross-selling services aligned with client objectives
