- • As a Paid Media Manager (Remote UK) at Directive Consulting LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for enterprise SaaS and tech clients by leading paid media strategy and execution that focuses on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and customers — not just vanity metrics like MQLs. This role is central to Directive’s Customer Generation methodology, which redefines B2B marketing success through accountability, precision, and strategic alignment with client revenue goals.
- • You will own the end-to-end management of a portfolio of paid media accounts, serving as the primary strategic and operational liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are not only executed flawlessly but continuously optimized to exceed performance benchmarks and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- • Directive Consulting is a high-growth, remote-first performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in SaaS and technology companies. We pride ourselves on innovation, data-driven storytelling, and a culture that values curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning — where your expertise directly shapes client success and agency evolution.
- • In this role, you will deepen your mastery of enterprise-level B2B paid media strategy, gain exposure to cutting-edge AI and automation tools in marketing, and develop leadership skills through cross-functional collaboration, client storytelling, and strategic initiative ownership — positioning you for advancement into senior strategy or management roles within the agency.
- • Oversee and lead a portfolio of 5+ mid-tier and enterprise Paid Media accounts, ensuring alignment with client SQL and revenue targets through proactive strategy development and performance monitoring.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, translating complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations that build trust and drive long-term partnerships.
- • Conduct weekly syncs with vendors, platform partners, and internal operational teams to ensure task alignment, quality control, and continuous improvement in campaign execution and reporting processes.
- • Develop and present quarterly paid media strategies tailored to each client’s unique value proposition, market positioning, and business objectives, incorporating keyword research, audience segmentation, and channel mix optimization.
- • Create, manage, and optimize paid media budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximum ROI through bid management, testing, and performance analysis.
- • Validate lead routing accuracy within client CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure marketing-generated leads are properly attributed and followed up by sales teams.
- • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across search and social platforms, focusing on keyword research, persuasive ad copywriting, A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization to maximize conversion volume and quality.
- • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and platform-native reporting tools to identify trends, diagnose underperformance, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- • Drive referral opportunities by nurturing client relationships and leveraging your professional network to expand Directive’s footprint within the SaaS and tech ecosystem.
- • Maintain high personal productivity and utilization standards, balancing multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery and exceptional work quality.
- • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to align individual account performance with team OKRs, department goals, and agency-wide growth initiatives.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends by actively exploring how AI, automation, and emerging ad formats can enhance campaign efficiency, targeting precision, and creative performance.
- • Travel approximately once per year per client (or as needed) to strengthen relationships, conduct in-person strategy sessions, and attend industry events — all expenses covered by the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns at a performance or digital marketing agency, with proven success in B2B SaaS or tech verticals.
- • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta Business Manager), and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and advanced targeting strategies.
- • Strong analytical proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and data visualization platforms to interpret performance metrics and make informed optimization decisions.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize budgets across multiple channels while driving measurable improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
- • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships that lead to retention, upsells, and referrals in enterprise environments.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary range of $70,000–$95,000 USD annually (adjusted for UK market), with eligibility for performance-based annual bonuses that increase with tenure.
- • Comprehensive health coverage including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision plans for employees, plus 50% employer contribution for dependents, along with disability and life insurance.
- • Generous time-off policy featuring unlimited PTO (with a 2-week minimum expectation), paid company holidays, birthday off, end-of-year recharge (Dec 24–Jan 1), and paid parental leave.
- • Wellness support through access to certified therapists via Spring Health, free Headspace membership, and Gympass for physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
- • Financial wellness benefits including traditional and Roth 401(k) options with a 3% company match, helping you build long-term retirement security.
- • Unique perk: Annual all-expenses-paid anniversary trip to Newport Beach, CA, to connect with peers and executive leadership in a fun, celebratory setting.
- • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, supported by stipends for home office setup and access to global collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).
- • Ongoing professional development encouragement, including support for learning about AI and automation in marketing, with resources to stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
