- • Are you a data-driven performance marketing wizard with a passion for driving measurable growth and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI? Weekday Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team, working remotely within India. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of SBM, a forward-thinking organization, by spearheading their performance marketing initiatives.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and managing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, increasing brand visibility, and achieving ambitious business objectives through meticulously planned and executed campaigns. You will be the architect of our paid media efforts, ensuring every rupee spent delivers exceptional value and contributes directly to our bottom line.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of performance marketing activities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and potentially other relevant platforms like programmatic display or affiliate marketing. This includes keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- • A significant part of your role will involve rigorous data analysis and reporting. You will be expected to track, measure, and analyze the performance of all campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). You will translate complex data into actionable insights, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform future strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- • Collaboration will be key to your success. You will work closely with internal marketing teams, creative agencies, and potentially sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and targeting. You will also stay abreast of the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in the performance marketing landscape, proactively identifying new opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.
- • You will be tasked with optimizing landing pages and user journeys to enhance conversion rates. This might involve A/B testing different headlines, calls-to-action, imagery, and form layouts. Understanding user behavior and identifying friction points in the conversion funnel will be crucial.
- • Budget management is a critical aspect of this role. You will be responsible for managing significant advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns to achieve optimal results while adhering to financial guidelines.
- • Developing and executing strategies for retargeting campaigns will be essential to re-engage potential customers who have shown interest but haven't converted. This involves creating tailored ad creatives and audience segments for different stages of the customer journey.
- • You will also play a role in exploring and testing new performance marketing channels and tactics to diversify our acquisition efforts and uncover untapped growth opportunities. This could involve experimenting with new ad formats, platforms, or partnership opportunities.
- • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive qualified traffic, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to profitable customer acquisition, directly impacting SBM's growth and market position. This role demands a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment and is committed to achieving excellence in performance marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and other relevant digital channels.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and present findings effectively using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar data visualization platforms.
- • Proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, budget allocation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques for landing pages and ad creatives.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and present strategies and results to stakeholders.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully Remote Work Opportunity: Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of working from home, with the ability to be based anywhere in India.
- • Competitive Salary: Receive a compensation package commensurate with your experience and the value you bring to the role.
- • Professional Development: Opportunities for continuous learning and skill enhancement through training, workshops, and access to industry resources.
- • Impactful Role: Play a key role in driving the growth and success of a client's business, with direct visibility into the impact of your work.
- • Dynamic Work Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, data-driven decision-making, and a results-oriented culture.
