- • The Performance Marketing Manager at Allica Bank is responsible for scaling customer growth across Business Bank Account and Lending products while maintaining an efficient CAC:LTV ratio, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive sustainable growth in the UK’s fastest-growing fintech.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading hands-on campaign execution and strategy across Paid Social (Meta Ads), Paid Search, PMax, and other channels; optimizing creative, user journeys, and targeting through structured experiments; managing campaign tracking and reporting; overseeing a small team and external agencies; setting up automation workflows using HubSpot and Zapier; and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Sales, Data, and Compliance teams.
