- • As a Performance Marketing Manager at GetGround Limited, you will take full ownership of the paid acquisition engine, managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive high-quality customer growth for a mission-driven company building the first end-to-end real estate investment platform to make property ownership accessible globally.
- • You will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and play a pivotal role in accelerating acquisition, improving campaign efficiency, and unlocking new scalable growth channels by partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align paid media efforts with product-led growth objectives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, managing budgets to maximize return while balancing scale and efficiency, identifying new channel opportunities, and maintaining strong account structure and campaign hygiene for long-term performance.
- • You will continuously analyze campaign performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities, drive ongoing testing across creatives, landing pages, targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel stages, and translate data into clear, actionable insights for the wider growth team.
- • You will design and execute structured experiments to unlock incremental growth, collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve post-click conversion, work with Design to develop high-performing ad concepts, and stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
- • You will define success metrics, build clear reporting frameworks, develop a deep understanding of attribution and performance measurement, provide regular performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and forecast performance to support budget planning.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Design, and Engineering to align on priorities, act as the internal expert on paid acquisition, and balance rapid execution with thoughtful strategic planning to ensure marketing efforts support broader company goals.
