- • As a Performance Marketing Manager at StackAdapt, you will own and elevate paid social programs across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, driving full-funnel growth through strategic campaign execution, creative leadership, and data-driven optimization. This role is critical to amplifying brand visibility and generating measurable pipeline impact in a high-growth AdTech environment.
- • Day to day, you will build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns end-to-end—managing audience segmentation, targeting, bidding, pacing, and A/B testing—while leading creative direction by developing platform-tailored frameworks and collaborating with Brand & Content teams. You will monitor performance daily, troubleshoot tracking and UTM issues, maintain platform hygiene, and provide secondary support for paid search and programmatic channels as needed.

You’ll also expand your skills in paid search and programmatic advertising through hands-on collaboration and continuous learning.
