• • As the Performance Marketing Manager at Loft Labs, Inc., you will be the architect of vCluster’s digital distribution engine, turning complex technical narratives into a high-velocity growth machine that ensures the cloud-native community discovers vCluster at scale.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and operating the 'content-to-pipeline' system across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit; managing and optimizing LinkedIn paid campaigns with a focus on experimentation and measurable pipeline impact; directing video content strategy by transforming live sessions and demos into reusable assets; acting as a strategic partner to leadership for executive advocacy; and building a data-driven attribution framework to measure how social activity drives traffic, engagement, and revenue.
• • You will join a venture-backed, remote-first tech startup pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era, backed by $30M+ from top-tier VCs including Khosla Ventures, and distributed globally with headquarters in San Francisco’s Salesforce Tower.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical B2B SaaS growth, master AI-native workflows for content automation, lead multimedia production with external partners, and build scalable advocacy and attribution systems that directly influence pipeline and revenue—positioning you as a growth leader in infrastructure marketing.
