  • • As a Performance Marketing Manager at Pavago, you will be at the forefront of driving profitable growth and generating qualified leads through strategic, data-driven paid media campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you will own the entire lifecycle of performance marketing, from initial strategy development and campaign execution to continuous optimization and insightful reporting. You will be instrumental in transforming marketing budgets into tangible pipeline and revenue, with a clear mandate to improve efficiency and scale results month over month.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to build, manage, and optimize multi-platform campaigns across a diverse range of channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, TikTok, and other emerging paid platforms. You will be expected to design comprehensive full-funnel strategies tailored for B2B lead generation and overall sales growth, ensuring a seamless journey for potential customers from initial awareness to conversion.
  • • This role demands a proactive and analytical approach. You will be responsible for launching campaigns from the ground up, meticulously defining campaign structure, audience targeting, robust tracking mechanisms, creative direction, and ongoing optimization strategies. A key aspect of your contribution will involve writing high-converting ad copy and collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure compelling visual and textual elements that resonate with target audiences. Furthermore, you will ensure that messaging across paid, organic, and content marketing efforts is cohesive and aligned.
  • • Continuous optimization and scaling are central to this position. You will monitor campaign performance daily, making proactive adjustments to maximize effectiveness. A significant part of your role will involve conducting structured A/B tests across various elements such as creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages to identify and implement best practices. You will meticulously optimize budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to consistently improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency will be a critical measure of success. You must possess the foresight to stay ahead of the curve, anticipating and adapting to algorithm shifts, evolving privacy regulations, and platform-specific best practices to ensure sustained campaign performance.
  • • Robust analytics and reporting are non-negotiable. You will be tasked with tracking and analyzing key performance metrics including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate (CVR). Utilizing tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and native platform dashboards, you will evaluate attribution models and overall funnel performance.
  • • Your reporting will go beyond mere numbers; you will be expected to build clear, insightful performance reports that translate data into actionable strategic shifts. This analytical rigor will inform future campaign planning and resource allocation.
  • • Cross-team collaboration is vital for success. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign objectives are tightly aligned with overarching revenue goals. Providing data-backed feedback on creative assets will be crucial for enhancing messaging and visual appeal. You will also contribute to broader growth initiatives that span across paid media, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing efforts, fostering a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • • The ideal candidate is someone who thinks in terms of funnels, is obsessed with metrics, and embraces a culture of relentless testing and optimization. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Pavago's growth trajectory by directly influencing lead generation and revenue through expert management of paid media channels.
