- • As a Performance Marketing Manager at Pavago, you will be at the forefront of driving profitable growth and generating qualified leads through strategic, data-driven paid media campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you will own the entire lifecycle of performance marketing, from initial strategy development and campaign execution to continuous optimization and insightful reporting. You are expected to be a proactive problem-solver, constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency and scale results across a diverse range of digital advertising platforms.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage multi-platform campaigns, leveraging channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok, as well as exploring emerging platforms. You will be tasked with designing comprehensive, full-funnel strategies tailored for B2B lead generation and overall sales growth, ensuring a seamless journey for potential customers from initial awareness to conversion.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of campaign structure, precise targeting, robust tracking mechanisms, creative direction, and iterative optimization. You will be instrumental in launching new campaigns from the ground up, meticulously defining every element to maximize performance. A key aspect of your contribution will involve writing high-converting ad copy and collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure compelling visual and textual elements that resonate with target audiences. Furthermore, you will ensure that messaging across paid, organic, and content marketing efforts is cohesive and aligned.
- • Continuous optimization and scaling are at the core of this position. You will be expected to monitor campaign performance daily, making proactive adjustments to maintain momentum and efficiency. A significant part of your role will involve conducting structured A/B tests across various campaign components, including creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages, to identify and implement best practices. You will meticulously optimize budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to achieve key performance indicators such as improved Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- • Identifying opportunities for scaling campaigns while rigorously maintaining efficiency will be a critical measure of success. You must stay informed about the latest industry trends, including algorithm shifts, evolving privacy regulations, and platform-specific best practices, to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective. Your ability to adapt to the dynamic digital landscape will be paramount.
- • Robust analytics and reporting are essential. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing a wide array of performance metrics, including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate (CVR). Utilizing tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and native platform dashboards, you will evaluate attribution models and overall funnel performance. Your reports should not merely present data but offer clear, actionable insights that drive strategic shifts and inform future campaign planning.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign objectives are tightly aligned with overarching revenue goals. Providing data-backed feedback on creative assets will be crucial for enhancing messaging and visual appeal. You will also contribute to broader growth initiatives that span across paid media, content creation, and lifecycle marketing, fostering a holistic approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- • A typical day will involve reviewing performance dashboards, identifying trends, and making necessary adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives. You will be launching new campaigns or experiments, coordinating with design and content teams, analyzing funnel data to pinpoint bottlenecks, and preparing insightful performance reports with strategic recommendations. The ethos of this role is centered around execution, testing, and optimization, in a continuous cycle of improvement.
