• • As a Performance Marketing Manager (Search & Acquisition) at Leap Tools Inc., you will own and scale a multi-client portfolio by architecting data-driven performance strategies that go beyond traditional PPC to ensure visibility in AI-generated search and conversational interfaces, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building the world’s most advanced interior décor technology solutions used by Fortune 500 retailers and global customers.
• • Day to day, you will manage the health of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, sculpt negative keywords, layer audiences, and maintain match-type hygiene to prevent budget bleed; you will oversee GTM and server-side tracking for accurate conversion data feeding into LLMs, optimize for CPL while prioritizing lead-to-close metrics, write and test high-impact ad copy using AI tools, and build real-time Looker Studio dashboards to tell data stories that inform proactive strategy pivots.
