• • As a Performance Marketing Specialist Contractor at Formagrid Inc. (working with Airtable), you will own the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, directly contributing to Airtable’s high-growth acquisition engine by ensuring campaigns are efficiently managed, tracked, and optimized.
• • Your daily responsibilities include managing in-platform targeting, bidding, and creative trafficking; running structured experiments to improve campaign performance; maintaining precise budget pacing; analyzing campaign results to inform decisions on spend, targeting, and creative; supporting emerging channels like TikTok and newsletters; and acting as a bridge between media performance and creative teams to surface insights and recommendations.
• • You will join Airtable’s Performance Marketing team, collaborating closely with lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, and product marketing partners in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where resourcefulness and initiative are valued.
