• • As a Senior Field Marketing Manager for EMEA at Docker, you will drive regional pipeline by translating global marketing campaigns into targeted programs that engage enterprise buyers, strategic partners, and developers across the region, directly contributing to sales targets and market expansion.
• • Day to day, you will localize and sequence global campaigns, lead co-marketing with tier-one distributors and cloud alliances, partner with sales and Developer Relations to enable field activations, build regional event strategies, and own quarterly planning tied to EMEA sales forecasts while serving as a two-way conduit between regional and global marketing teams.
• • Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first company trusted by over 20 million monthly developers, building the tools that define modern software delivery—from Docker Desktop to Docker Scout—with a strong enterprise motion in EMEA supported by a mature partner ecosystem.
• • In this role, you will shape EMEA as the blueprint for Docker’s global channel marketing motion, establish repeatable partner and ISV marketing engines, deepen integration with product-led growth strategies, and build a durable regional marketing footprint that scales beyond the first year, contributing directly to Docker’s global field marketing playbook.
