- • As Director, TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD) at Tinuiti, you will lead a portfolio of clients as the senior, day‑to‑day owner of the relationship and growth agenda, aligning team recommendations with client goals and building trust with senior stakeholders through proactive, high‑value interactions.
- • You will own senior‑stakeholder relationships, lead onboarding and expansions, orchestrate optimization across DSPs, embed Bliss Point insights into planning, install strong measurement habits, and connect TVAD efforts across channels to drive integrated, measurable impact.
- • Tinuiti is the largest independent full‑funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing $4 billion in digital media with over 1,200 employees, uniting media and measurement to eliminate waste and scale what works through proprietary technology like Bliss Point.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic expertise by owning financial health (margin, utilization, forecast accuracy), leading high‑performing teams, driving innovation through safe pilots, and eliminating waste at the root — all while advancing your ability to influence executive decisions and shape cross‑channel growth strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in TV/video/audio/display with proven results at scale across multiple partners (CTV/OTT/Linear, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display)
- • Management experience required
- • Hands‑on knowledge of DSP/ad platforms, ad‑server workflows, frequency/overlap management, audience/data usage, and quality/verification (viewability, IVT, brand safety)
- • Ability to connect media to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach/attention; familiarity with incrementality/lift, powered A/B or time‑series forecasting, and SQL (a plus)
- • Financial acumen in margin/utilization management, capacity planning, reliable forecasting with Finance, and staffing alignment to priorities
- • Leadership presence: clear, concise storytelling, expectation setting, and confidence engaging senior clients and internal leaders
