• • As a Performance Marketing Strategist at Breakout, you will lead performance marketing across every channel, market, and audience segment, owning strategy and daily execution of all paid media worldwide while reporting directly to the VP of Growth.
• • You will run every ad account daily—briefing, building, launching, optimizing, and killing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, programmatic, endemic crypto publishers, and emerging channels, working hands-on as both strategist and operator.
• • You will join Breakout, the fastest-growing crypto prop trading firm backed by Kraken, a mission-driven company accelerating global crypto adoption with a focus on trader experience, rule transparency, and financial backing from a trusted parent.
• • You will collaborate with Creative, Content, Lifecycle, Analytics, Affiliate, and Kraken’s performance marketing team to hit aggressive CAC and payback targets, build measurement infrastructure, and translate test learnings into repeatable frameworks that compound across brands.
