  • • Lead and manage a team of 6–8 Senior MICE Specialists, providing daily guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive consistent performance and professional growth.
  • • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to track progress, address challenges, and reinforce target achievement aligned with sales objectives.
  • • Design and implement monthly development goals for the MICE team, tailored to individual and collective performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • • Create and deliver targeted training sessions based on real-time feedback and performance data to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and client engagement techniques.
  • • Serve as the primary escalation point for the MICE team, resolving complex client issues and ensuring seamless support across all customer interactions.
  • • Translate strategic insights from leadership into actionable operational improvements, driving adoption of new processes and tools across the MICE team.
  • • Oversee comprehensive sales performance reporting, conducting deep-dive analyses to identify key commercial levers and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • • Champion organizational change by clearly communicating the rationale behind process updates, addressing team concerns, and ensuring consistent adoption of new ways of working.
  • • Collaborate closely with Events Builders to provide frontline feedback on platform tools, influencing the development of automation features that improve team efficiency and customer experience.
  • • Maintain an in-depth, hands-on understanding of Perk’s MICE product offerings to confidently mentor the team and ensure accurate, compelling client presentations.
  • • Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor KPIs, evaluate team effectiveness, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • • Develop high-quality, persuasive presentations using slides, videos, and other multimedia formats to support team training and client outreach efforts.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability within the MICE team, emphasizing curiosity, ownership, and a 7-star customer experience.
  • • Ensure alignment between MICE team activities and broader Perk Events initiatives, maintaining coordination with cross-functional builders and internal stakeholders.
  • • Act as a key link between the sales team and product development teams, translating real-world client feedback into product enhancement opportunities.
  • • Uphold Perk’s core values—being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team—in all team interactions and operational decisions.
  • • Drive accountability through clear performance metrics, regular check-ins, and structured feedback loops to ensure team members are consistently progressing toward their goals.
  • • Maintain accurate records of team performance, training logs, and development plans to support HR reporting and talent development initiatives.
