Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation and AI initiatives at Moxie, from discovery to deployment and continuous optimization. You will be the go-to expert who turns manual, repetitive tasks into elegant, self-running workflows that free up hundreds of hours each month for our 140+ global teammates.
- • Design and build Zapier-based automations that connect HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Google Workspace, Stripe, and other mission-critical SaaS tools. Each workflow you ship must be production-grade: idempotent, fault-tolerant, and equipped with alerting and rollback mechanisms so teams can trust them 24/7.
- • Develop and iterate on Glean Agents that act as always-on AI teammates. Examples include a triage agent that routes incoming support tickets to the right queue, a knowledge-retrieval agent that surfaces SOPs in Slack within seconds, and a forecasting agent that predicts cash-flow anomalies for Finance. You will experiment with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and function-calling to maximize accuracy and user delight.
- • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance leaders to run weekly “pain-point audits.” You will translate fuzzy business wishes into precise technical specs, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and deliver working prototypes within days, not weeks.
- • Instrument every automation and agent with lightweight telemetry—think Zapier Run History, Glean analytics, or simple Google Sheets dashboards—so we can quantify time saved, error rates, and adoption. You will present these metrics monthly to the Head of Operations Enablement and use data to decide what to scale, refactor, or sunset.
- • Maintain a living automation library: clean naming conventions, version control via GitHub, concise README files, and 3-minute Loom walkthroughs for non-technical users. You will run monthly hygiene passes to eliminate duplicate zaps, update API tokens, and ensure compliance with SOC-2 and HIPAA standards.
- • Champion an AI-first culture by hosting bi-weekly “show-and-tell” sessions where teammates demo new use cases, share prompt hacks, and vote on the next big automation sprint. Your evangelism will turn early adopters into power users and power users into internal champions.
- • Serve as the escalation point for automation incidents. When a zap misfires or an agent hallucinates, you will diagnose root causes, patch the issue, and write a blameless post-mortem so the entire team learns and improves.
- • Contribute to Moxie’s long-term technical roadmap by researching emerging AI platforms (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI) and proposing pilot programs that could give us a competitive edge in the medspa enablement space.
- • Uphold Moxie’s core values—act as an owner, give more than you take, move with speed and care, simplify and learn every day—by embedding them into every workflow you create. When you automate a process, you are not just saving time; you are reinforcing a culture of trust, transparency, and relentless improvement.
