• • The Marketing Associate for SMS Compliance role at Moxie Software Inc. is critical to ensuring reliable communication channels for aesthetic entrepreneurs, enabling them to reach patients via SMS and email without disruption, directly supporting provider growth and revenue.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end A2P 10DLC registration, managing CNAM and SHAKEN/STIR setups in Twilio, configuring Mailgun accounts with proper DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), driving email domain warming processes, identifying and resolving launch bottlenecks, building tracking dashboards for communication system health, creating and improving SOPs, collaborating with Provider Success and Marketing teams, and serving as the internal expert on deliverability issues.
