- • As a Pharmacy Guide at Devoted Health, you will be on the front lines helping members navigate their healthcare journey by connecting them to programs that support medication adherence, ensuring they get the most out of their treatment in real, everyday moments.
- • Your day will primarily involve conducting outreach via telephone and SMS to educate members about available adherence programs, scheduling medical appointments for high-risk members, utilizing internal tools and AI-assisted resources to research and resolve member questions, and breaking down complex healthcare information into clear, actionable guidance.
- • You will operate within a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare organization committed to treating members like family, where empathy, patience, and a member-centric approach are essential to building trust and improving health outcomes for older Americans.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare benefits, medication adherence programs, and care coordination while building strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills—positioning you for growth in healthcare operations, member services, or clinical support roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role with a proven track record of building trust and professional relationships; 1+ years in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to tailor tone to de-escalate concerns effectively.
- • High comfort navigating digital platforms and internal systems, with the ability to leverage tools for accurate, efficient, and timely service delivery.
- • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail in documentation and adherence to established procedures.
- • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including availability during Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET shifts.
- • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral) is required for bilingual roles.
