- • As a Pharmacy Guide, Bilingual - Spanish, you will be on the front lines of helping members get the most out of their healthcare by connecting them to medication adherence programs, resolving barriers to treatment, and supporting their full medication journey—not just answering calls but making meaningful, real-world impact on members’ health and confidence.
- • Day to day, you will conduct outreach via telephone and SMS to educate members about available programs, utilize internal tools and AI-assisted resources to research and respond to member questions, schedule medical appointments for high-risk members, break down complex healthcare information into clear, actionable guidance, and document all interactions accurately while maintaining empathetic, patient-centered communication.
- • You will join Devoted Health’s Pharmacy Guide Team, a mission-driven group dedicated to improving health outcomes for older Americans by combining compassion, clinical insight, and technology to deliver integrated, family-like care—where every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and support members through real-life healthcare challenges.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare navigation, medication adherence strategies, and member advocacy while honing your communication, problem-solving, and systems navigation skills—gaining tangible experience in a fast-growing, purpose-led organization that values growth mindset and accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role with a proven track record of building trust and professional relationships with customers or members
- • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral communication) is required for this bilingual position
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to tailor tone to de-escalate concerns effectively
