- • Join Zillow Media Experts as a part-time photographer in Salt Lake City, UT, where you’ll capture professional real estate media including still photography, listing videos, 3D/360° virtual tours, drone footage, and social media content to help agents market properties effectively.
- • Work 10-20 hours per week on average, with potential for increased hours during peak demand and future full-time opportunities, all while operating as an independent contractor driving between job sites in your local market.
- • Use advanced photography techniques and proprietary Zillow technology to showcase property features, adhere to brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality visual assets that meet client expectations and deadlines.
- • Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, Regional Managers, and fellow photographers to understand client needs, provide on-site direction, and ensure cohesive visual storytelling for marketing campaigns.
- • Maintain and manage your professional photography equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, and tripods, while staying current with industry trends and refining your creative approach to real estate imaging.
- • Represent Zillow Media Experts with professionalism, punctuality, and reliability, ensuring all media is culled, uploaded, and delivered on time for post-processing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience capturing high-quality real estate photography, including exterior and interior shots, videos, 3D tours, and drone media, preferably within the real estate industry.
- • Deep understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR or mirrorless systems, with ability to shoot 5 brackets and use Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB).
- • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to drive within a 60-mile radius of Salt Lake City, UT.
- • Minimum of 20 hours per week availability for scheduling, with internet upload speed of at least 15 Mbps strongly preferred.
- • Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 drone license and complete training if drone operations are required based on business need.
- • Professional full-frame or crop sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens (15-35mm full frame or 10-22mm crop sensor), and ball or geared head tripod (video fluid heads not acceptable).
