• • *The Role: Platform Engineer**
• • We are actively searching for a highly motivated Platform Engineer who thrives on eliminating friction, optimizing workflows, and empowering our internal teams through the development of exceptional tooling. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in constructing the robust systems and sophisticated automations that accelerate our engineering team's release cycles, ensure smooth and efficient customer onboarding processes, and enable the entire company to operate with unwavering confidence and peak efficiency. • • *What You'll Do:**
• • **Build and Maintain Internal Platform Tooling:** You will be responsible for the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of critical internal platform tools. This includes, but is not limited to, our intuitive Support UI, sophisticated onboarding automation systems, a versatile messaging webhook router, and various other applications designed to enhance operational efficiency across the company.
• • **Boost Engineering Productivity:** A key focus will be on significantly enhancing engineering velocity and output. You will achieve this by delivering high-leverage solutions such as custom CLI tools, streamlined workflow automations, advanced CI/CD pipeline improvements, robust SDKs, and user-friendly self-service administrative tools that empower developers.
• • **Support Customer Onboarding and Integrations:** You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This involves supporting identity profile pipelines, automating environment provisioning, and providing expert troubleshooting for issues related to third-party APIs and webhook integrations.
• • **Enhance Reliability, Observability, and Security:** In close collaboration with our dedicated DevOps, Security, and broader engineering teams, you will contribute to enhancing the reliability, observability, and security posture of our infrastructure, microservices, and internal systems.
• • **Contribute to DevOps Operations:** You will actively participate in core DevOps functions, including updating Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) configurations, managing environment settings, refining monitoring and logging strategies, and providing essential support during occasional production incidents.
