- • As a Platform Product Manager at Distyl AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal AI platform that powers enterprise-grade AI deployments for some of the world’s largest institutions in telecom, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and consumer goods. Your work will directly impact how Distyl transforms mission-critical workflows through reliable, scalable AI systems, enabling hundreds of millions of consumer interactions and tens of millions of supply chain transactions to be optimized with cutting-edge technology.
- • You will define and drive the product roadmap for Distyl’s internal AI platform, ensuring it supports both internal teams and enterprise customers by turning real-world use cases into scalable, reusable platform capabilities. This includes owning the end-to-end lifecycle of platform components such as AI model orchestration, agent frameworks, evaluation pipelines, developer tooling, and enterprise data integrations—translating ambiguous technical challenges into clear product requirements, success metrics, and technical specifications.
- • You will collaborate closely with platform engineers, forward-deployed engineers, AI researchers, and enterprise customers to gather feedback, improve developer experience, and enhance system reliability. Your ability to identify opportunities to productize one-off customer solutions will be key to accelerating Distyl’s delivery of production AI solutions while maintaining a 100% production deployment success rate.
- • You will partner with leadership to align platform investments with Distyl’s strategic goals, ensuring the platform enables fast, reliable, and secure AI deployments at enterprise scale. This role offers high ownership in a fast-moving, ambiguity-tolerant environment where your technical fluency and communication skills will bridge engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI infrastructure, developer experience, and enterprise software, gaining hands-on experience with modern AI tooling, LLM systems, model deployment workflows, and evaluation frameworks. You will have the opportunity to shape how AI platforms are built and scaled for enterprise use, working on high-impact projects across top enterprises while contributing to a profitable, mission-driven company backed by Lightspeed, Khosla, Coatue, and DST Global.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or platform product roles
- • Experience working on developer platforms, infrastructure products, or internal tooling
- • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
- • Experience defining product requirements for complex technical systems
- • Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with high ownership and ambiguity
- • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
