📋 Description
- • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot CrowdStrike Falcon’s AI-powered detection and response capabilities for enterprise customers
- • Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy
- • Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations using Falcon APIs and scripting tools
- • Interpret AI-generated alerts and findings for customers and translate them into actionable security insights
- • Enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management by leveraging CrowdStrike’s AI capabilities
- • Integrate Falcon’s AI functionalities into customers’ existing security tools, workflows, and SIEM environments
- • Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting, forensic analysis, and real-time threat intelligence
- • Conduct AI skills workshops and training sessions for the Platform Professional Services team to build internal expertise
- • Collaborate with team members to develop customer-facing AI collateral, including documentation, demos, and best practices
- • Provide end-to-end operational support for AI deployments, from initial customer engagement through post-implementation optimization
- • Troubleshoot complex AI-related issues across small to large enterprise environments
- • Travel up to 25% of the time to support on-site customer deployments and engagements
- • Work closely with customers to align AI capabilities with their specific security objectives and compliance requirements
- • Apply machine learning principles to improve detection accuracy, reduce alert fatigue, and enhance security outcomes
- • Utilize scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Batch to extend AI functionality and automate tasks
- • Maintain deep technical knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms in the context of AI-enabled endpoint security
- • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and project leadership
- • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to refine AI models and improve platform capabilities based on real-world customer feedback
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- • 8 years of experience in IT deployments or customer-facing technical environments
- • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications
- • Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
- • Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms
- • Strong knowledge of security automation and orchestration platforms
