- • Apply advanced business and technical knowledge to oversee payment solution integrations, server configurations, and cybersecurity measures critical to operational integrity.
- • Develop and refine project management frameworks tailored specifically to the payments sector, incorporating industry best practices and scalable methodologies.
- • Mentor and guide cross-functional project teams by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise, operating with significant autonomy in decision-making and requiring minimal oversight to deliver results.
- • Embody strong leadership and ownership by acting decisively and proactively to resolve challenges, drive initiatives forward, and ensure timely project delivery.
