📋 Description
- • Edit full-length B2B podcast episodes for pacing, flow, clarity, and overall audio quality
- • Enhance audio using EQ, noise reduction, and sound design techniques to ensure professional sound standards
- • Perform color correction and visual cleanup on multi-camera video podcast recordings
- • Collaborate with producers and hosts to refine narrative structure and improve storytelling impact
- • Organize and manage digital assets using industry-standard tools such as Pro Tools, Adobe Suite, or DaVinci Resolve
- • Prepare and publish final podcast assets across platforms including Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts
- • Apply proper metadata to all published episodes for discoverability and platform compliance
- • Ensure consistent audio and visual quality across all episodes to maintain brand professionalism
- • Work remotely with global teams while maintaining alignment with U.S. business hours
- • Deliver polished, broadcast-ready content that meets the expectations of enterprise-level B2B audiences
- • Manage end-to-end post-production workflows from raw footage to published episode
- • Adapt editing style to match the tone and format of interview-style and conversational podcast formats
- • Receive and incorporate feedback from producers and hosts to iteratively improve episode quality
- • Maintain organized project files and standardized naming conventions for team efficiency
- • Stay current with platform-specific requirements for audio and video publishing on major podcast directories
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience editing long-form podcast content (audio and video)
- • A portfolio of professional B2B or interview-style podcast work
- • Mastery of post-production tools for both audio and video (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve)
- • Strong understanding of pacing, tone, and formatting for business audiences
- • Comfort working with feedback and collaborating across time zones
- • Availability during U.S. business hours
