- • The Podcast Production Coordinator will manage the final stages of podcast production, ensuring every episode and related asset is reviewed, organized, and fully ready for publishing, playing a critical role in maintaining quality and consistency across a high-volume podcast network.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing completed podcast episodes for audio and video quality, managing workflow from post-recording to final delivery, organizing content assets, handling light guest communication, and making quick editing adjustments using tools like Descript or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- • The role supports a growing podcast network focused on business and professional audiences, operating with strong internal systems and automations, and serving U.S.-based clients requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
- • The coordinator will develop expertise in podcast production workflows, quality control systems, asset management, and cross-show coordination, gaining hands-on experience in media operations within a scalable content environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 3 years of experience in content coordination, podcast production, or media operations
- • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in audio and video content quickly
- • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple episodes and deliverables simultaneously
- • Comfortable using editing tools such as Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar for light editing tasks
- • Strong written communication skills for guest coordination and follow-ups
