In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery and exceptional quality of data for Addepar's diverse clientele, a cornerstone of our mission to empower investment professionals with actionable intelligence.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously oversee the processing of transactions and positions, guaranteeing adherence to strict client timelines and service level agreements (SLAs). This involves a proactive approach to data management, where accuracy and punctuality are paramount.
• • You will be the guardian of data integrity, implementing and executing rigorous verification checks on portfolio account data on a daily basis. This proactive stance ensures that our clients receive accurate and readily available information, fostering trust and enabling informed decision-making.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve the investigation and troubleshooting of complex data pipeline issues and processing exceptions. When necessary, you will expertly triage these challenges with our Engineering Support teams, acting as a crucial liaison to resolve technical impediments swiftly and efficiently.
• • You will be tasked with completing and maintaining a variety of operational workflows. Beyond execution, you will be encouraged to identify and champion opportunities for process optimization, leveraging your insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the team and the broader organization.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Client Support, Solution Architects, and members of our Sales and Services teams to expertly address client data inquiries and fulfill specific data requests, ensuring a seamless client experience.
