  • • As a Portfolio Data Operations Analyst at Addepar, you will play a critical role within the Data Management organization, specifically on the Portfolio Data Ops team, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of client portfolio data. This position is integral to maintaining Addepar's reputation for providing high-quality financial intelligence to investment professionals worldwide.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve the meticulous daily processing of portfolio transactions and positions. This includes executing established verification checks to guarantee data accuracy and adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring clients receive their critical financial information promptly.
  • • You will be at the forefront of identifying and resolving data discrepancies. This involves investigating and troubleshooting issues within data pipelines and processing exceptions for various data feeds. When necessary, you will expertly triage these complex issues with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams, acting as a crucial liaison to ensure swift and effective resolution.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to serve as a primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and requests. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, internal Sales and Services teams, and external data providers and partners, addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • • You will contribute to the operational efficiency of the team by providing support and assistance to regional counterparts. This involves sharing knowledge on common operations workflows and collaborating on various projects to streamline processes and enhance data management practices across different geographies.
  • • Maintaining comprehensive team resources and procedural documentation is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operational procedures are accurately documented and kept up-to-date. Furthermore, you will meticulously record key metrics for internal analytics, providing valuable data to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • • You will actively participate in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product and Engineering teams. Your insights will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for process improvements and advocating for tooling enhancements that not only elevate data quality but also significantly boost operational efficiency across the platform.
  • • This role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meticulous execution. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and maintain composure under pressure, especially when dealing with critical financial data.
