- • The Portfolio Operations Lead Analyst manages operational and administrative tasks for portfolio execution, governance, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BPO standards to support strategic initiatives at The Cigna Group.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting portfolio intake and tracking, maintaining accurate documentation, preparing reports and dashboards, coordinating governance checkpoints, providing meeting and administrative support, promoting process adherence, identifying risks, and drafting clear stakeholder communications.
- • The role operates within The Cigna Group’s Evernorth Health Services division, contributing to portfolio management efforts that drive growth and improve health outcomes for clients and patients through disciplined execution and cross-functional coordination.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in portfolio governance, data reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination within a matrixed healthcare environment, gaining valuable experience in operational excellence and compliance-driven project support.
