- • Join a dynamic engineering team at Strada, a technology-enabled company delivering payroll, human capital management, and financial solutions globally, where you’ll contribute to core products like the payroll engine that powers innovation for over 1,400 customers across 33 countries.
- • As a Product Engineering Lead Specialist (Back-end .NET Developer), you will operate within an Agile team to develop and maintain proprietary IP using C#, .NET 8+, and Azure, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust solutions, participate in all Agile ceremonies, write clean and maintainable code following SOLID and DRY principles, and contribute to technical documentation and release processes.
- • Grow your expertise in cloud-native development, observability, security, and modern software architecture while working with cutting-edge tools and practices in a supportive, inclusive environment that values continuous learning and professional advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10+ years of experience building backend systems with C# and .NET (.NET 8 or later), including production-grade services.
- • Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation, with strong understanding of HTTP, versioning, idempotency, pagination, and error handling.
- • Deep experience with SQL Server, advanced SQL, indexing, query optimization, and Entity Framework, including transactions and migration strategies.
- • Strong grasp of async/await, task scheduling, thread safety, and observability practices including structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and alerting.
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for monitoring, logging, secrets management, and leveraging cloud-native features for telemetry and diagnostics.
- • Solid experience writing unit and integration tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest, with ability to apply mocking frameworks and ensure high code coverage.
