📋 Description

• Review and refine AI-generated content on post-merger integration, change management, cultural alignment, business process redesign, and transition strategies to ensure realism and industry relevance.
• Evaluate AI-generated solution proposals for practical viability, alignment with established M&A best practices, and adherence to real-world integration challenges.
• Draft detailed scenarios and case studies based on personal professional experience, highlighting common pitfalls, critical success factors, and actionable insights in post-merger environments.
• Create scenario variations from multiple organizational perspectives—including integration lead, HR, business unit head, and key stakeholders—to test AI understanding of cross-functional dynamics.
• Identify gaps, unrealistic assumptions, or insufficient change plans in AI outputs and provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve model accuracy.
• Apply deep expertise in organizational change to ensure AI models generate solutions that reflect the complexity of human behavior, leadership, and operational transitions during integrations.
• Contribute to the development of training datasets used by AI labs to enhance reasoning about integration strategies at scale.
• Ensure all feedback and deliverables are precise, timely, and grounded in real-world execution, not theoretical models.
• Work independently with detailed briefs and structured onboarding to deliver high-quality inputs without constant oversight.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI development teams to support iterative improvements in AI-generated content related to post-merger outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and data handling protocols when reviewing sensitive integration scenarios and proprietary change frameworks.
• Adapt feedback style to meet the specific needs of different AI models, balancing technical precision with actionable, practitioner-level insights.
• Participate in ongoing learning through access to the AI Academy to stay aligned with evolving AI capabilities and integration methodologies.
• Respond promptly to project requests and complete assignments within agreed timelines despite variable workloads and shifting priorities.
• Maintain availability during core EU/UK business hours to facilitate timely reviews and collaboration.
• Ensure all contributions are original, based on firsthand professional experience, and free from plagiarism or generic templated responses.
• Continuously refine your approach based on feedback from AI development teams to maximize impact on model performance.
• Contribute to a growing library of validated M&A and change management artifacts used to train next-generation AI systems for enterprise clients.
• Engage with a global network of freelance experts to share insights and best practices, fostering a community of practice around AI-augmented integration strategy.
• Remain agile in responding to emerging project types, such as new regional integration case studies, cross-border HR integration challenges, or regulatory compliance scenarios.
• Deliver feedback that bridges the gap between academic M&A theory and the messy, unpredictable reality of organizational change.
• Ensure all submissions are formatted according to provided templates and include clear rationale, examples, and recommendations.
• Do not assume AI understands context without explicit, detailed guidance—your role is to make the invisible explicit for machine learning systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in post-merger integration and change management with hands-on leadership in large-scale transformation initiatives
• Located in the EU or UK
• Demonstrated ability to advise on, lead, and execute complex integration or enterprise-wide change projects
• Skilled at reviewing change management strategies, operating models, and communication plans
• Highly organized, independent, and capable of delivering structured, actionable feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week with ability to respond promptly to project assignments
