- • As a Power Apps Developer at Guidehouse, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions that transform client operations across sales, marketing, and customer service functions. Your expertise will directly enable organizations to modernize legacy systems, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights through low-code applications, making a tangible impact on public and private sector clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving end-to-end Power Platform implementations from discovery through deployment, gathering client requirements via stakeholder interviews, and delivering customized solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Dataverse. You will provide hands-on technical leadership in solution architecture, configure complex data models, automate business processes, conduct end-user training, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality, bug-free development aligned with coding standards. You will also participate in daily scrums, collaborate with cross-functional teams, serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Power Platform capabilities, create design documentation, resolve production support issues, and stay current with Microsoft’s wave updates and roadmap features.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint (2013 or newer, both on-premise and online), and Microsoft Dataverse (formerly CDS)
- • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree) and US citizenship are contractually required; ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust clearance is mandatory
- • Proven experience designing complex data models, developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, using OOTB connectors, customizing SharePoint lists, and working in SaaS/PaaS environments; core skills in C#, SQL, .NET, and technical documentation are essential
