📋 Description

• As a Power BI Developer at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that empower leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions across the organization. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to become the premier title and real estate services provider by enabling smarter, faster, and more accurate business intelligence.
• You will engage in end-to-end data lifecycle activities—collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data from internal and external sources—to build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and metrics that illuminate trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for operational improvement and competitive advantage.
• You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to translate complex business questions into technical solutions, ensuring data integrity, relevance, and usability while advocating for best practices in data governance and visualization standards.
• You will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated Power BI solutions including data models, DAX calculations, and interactive visualizations that serve diverse departments such as finance, operations, underwriting, and customer service, enabling self-service analytics where appropriate.
• You will continuously evaluate and refine existing reports and dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals while mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge across the BI community.
• You will operate with a high degree of autonomy within established guidelines, taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery, troubleshooting complex data issues, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You will contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying current with Power BI updates, exploring advanced analytics techniques, and proposing enhancements that increase the value and adoption of business intelligence tools across Stewart.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline (preferred)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
• Proven ability to gather business requirements, design user-centric visualizations, and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
