- ā¢ The PR & Communications Manager is a hands-on executor and emerging strategist who brings deep PR expertise to a portfolio of B2B client accounts, leading day-to-day PR delivery and supporting influencer and organic social programs.
- ā¢ Day to day, the person will develop and refine strategic communications plans, execute integrated PR strategies across earned and owned channels, build and maintain media relationships, craft compelling narratives and pitches, support executive positioning programs, assist in influencer and practitioner briefings, contribute to organic social strategy, utilize monitoring tools, track and report on program performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to new business proposals.

- ā¢ The person can learn and achieve mastery in B2B PR strategy, deepen expertise in executive thought leadership programs, strengthen media relations across trade, business, and tech press, gain experience in influencer and analyst relations, and contribute to measurable business outcomes like share of voice and pipeline influence while growing within a high-performing agency practice.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ 4ā7 years of experience in PR and communications
- ā¢ Agency experience required; B2B or B2B tech experience strongly preferred
- ā¢ Demonstrated track record of earning meaningful media coverage
- ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creativity
- ā¢ Hands-on experience with executive thought leadership programs: bylines, podcasts, speaking, contributed content
- ā¢ Bachelor's degree in public relations or communications preferred
