- • Practical Nursing Instructor (RN) role at Stepful Inc., supporting the Board of Nursing–approved Practical Nursing program by guiding and supervising students during in-person clinical rotations and teaching across skills labs and virtual didactic modules.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading clinical rotations on Fridays from 6am–6pm at partner healthcare facilities in the Toledo/Maumee, Ohio area, delivering curriculum content, answering student questions, providing timely feedback, fostering a positive learning environment, and partnering with the Program Director on program operations and student success initiatives.
- • Stepful is a Y Combinator-backed EdTech company reimagining allied healthcare training through affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs, with a mission to improve access to healthcare careers for underserved populations and address national healthcare worker shortages.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience as faculty in an RN or LPN education program
- • 2+ years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse, with 5+ years of varied nursing experience across clinical practice, nursing education, and/or administration
- • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- • Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners in both virtual and in-person settings
