📋 Description
- • As a Subject Matter Expert in Oil & Gas, you will play a critical role in advancing AI benchmarking for Modern Standard Arabic in the GCC energy sector by creating and reviewing technically accurate, realistic scenarios that reflect real-world operational, engineering, and regulatory challenges across upstream, midstream, and downstream activities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing Oil & Gas scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in GCC contexts such as drilling, production optimization, LNG logistics, and HSE incidents; adapting evaluation rubrics for technical problem-solving tasks; reviewing AI and human-generated responses for technical accuracy, safety compliance, and operational realism; and contributing to gold-standard solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- • You will join Lilt Production, a global leader in language AI and human-verified services, working remotely as an independent contractor with full autonomy over your schedule and workload, supporting innovative projects that bridge language and technology for enterprises, governments, and AI developers worldwide.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI language evaluation, contribute to cutting-edge multilingual technology, expand your professional portfolio across domains, and collaborate with a global network of linguists and subject matter experts advancing human knowledge through responsible AI development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency
- • 5+ years of professional experience in Oil & Gas or Energy (upstream, midstream, or downstream)
- • Background in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering, HSE, Process Engineering, LNG/Gas Operations, Procurement, or Energy Transition
- • Strong understanding of operational workflows, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in GCC energy environments
