  • • As a Practice Director for AIOps Consulting at Ensono, you will spearhead the commercialization, delivery, and scaling of our cutting-edge AIOps consulting services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping our AIOps portfolio from its inception through to successful client outcomes, acting as a builder, practitioner, and leader.
  • • You will own the entire AIOps consulting lifecycle, encompassing service definition, go-to-market strategy, client engagement, and the realization of tangible business results. This is a hands-on position that requires deep involvement in strategic client engagements, the design of effective delivery models, and ensuring our AIOps offerings are not only high-quality and repeatable but also commercially viable.
  • • Your primary focus will be on building and growing the AIOps consulting business, translating Ensono's internal AIOps platforms, tooling, and intellectual property into compelling, marketable services. You will define clear value propositions, target use cases, and adoption pathways across key areas such as observability, incident reduction, predictive operations, automation, and operational intelligence.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is to articulate a clear vision for what can be sold today versus what is emerging, thereby streamlining the path from innovation to revenue generation. You will be responsible for defining and continuously evolving the service roadmaps, ensuring they align with client demands, market trends, and Ensono’s overarching managed services and cloud strategies.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to craft and execute a robust AIOps go-to-market strategy, including messaging, sales enablement materials, and promotional activities. As a senior presales leader, you will actively support opportunity shaping, solution design, client workshops, and executive presentations, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • • This role demands the ability to define and refine packaging, pricing, and commercial models for our AIOps consulting offerings, ensuring they are competitive and profitable. You will serve as a prominent internal and external spokesperson for AIOps, effectively communicating Ensono’s unique perspective and competitive advantages.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to client executives, guiding them on AIOps strategy, the evolution of their operating models, and the adoption of AI-enabled operations. Your ability to translate complex AIOps and AI concepts into clear, quantifiable business outcomes—such as cost reduction, improved Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR), enhanced resiliency, and operational scalability—will be crucial.
  • • You will lead or actively participate in executive briefings, strategic planning sessions, and roadmap discussions with key clients, maintaining a deep involvement throughout the entire AIOps lifecycle, from initial strategy development through implementation and ongoing operationalization. Ensuring client confidence and value realization beyond the initial deal closure is paramount.
  • • In terms of delivery ownership, you will be accountable for the successful execution of AIOps consulting engagements, ensuring they meet scope, quality, timeline, and commercial commitments. You will often serve in key roles on significant engagements, such as Engagement Sponsor, Solution Lead, or Executive Delivery Owner, particularly for complex or strategic AIOps implementations.
  • • You will guide delivery teams through critical design decisions, operational trade-offs, and client escalations, ensuring smooth AIOps adoption. Furthermore, you will ensure seamless integration of AIOps services with Ensono’s broader managed services, cloud operations, and platform teams.
  • • To foster repeatability and quality, you will define and refine delivery models, engagement patterns, and success metrics for AIOps consulting offerings. You will partner with engineering, platform, and data science teams to ensure delivery approaches are practical and effective in real-world client environments.
  • • Your insights from delivery will be instrumental in continuously improving service scope, developing accelerators, refining enablement assets, and adjusting pricing assumptions. The goal is to ensure that our offerings are consistently deliverable at scale, moving beyond reliance on individual heroics.
  • • As part of practice and capability development, you will contribute to the growth of Ensono’s Data, AI, Cloud, and Managed Services practices by integrating AIOps into cross-practice offerings. You will develop repeatable patterns, accelerators, and best practices based on your hands-on client experience.
  • • You will mentor consulting and solution leaders on AIOps positioning, solutioning, and client storytelling, fostering a culture of expertise and knowledge sharing. Operating as a senior leader within Ensono’s global Data & AI community, you will share lessons learned and help shape industry standards.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by the clear ownership, positioning, and adoption of AIOps consulting offerings across sales and delivery teams, enabling sales teams to confidently sell these services. Client satisfaction will be evident through their ability to articulate Ensono’s AIOps value proposition and demonstrate measurable operational outcomes. You will also drive strong alignment between internal AIOps platform investments and external revenue growth, effectively bridging the gap between innovative AI capabilities and repeatable, profitable consulting services.
