📋 Description

• • Lead and grow Ensono’s UK Data & AI practice, driving growth, revenue, and margin while aligning with global standards.
• • Actively contribute to Data & AI solution design for complex client opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term value.
• • Partner with Sales and New Client Engagement Directors to shape deals from first conversation through contract close, leading technical discovery and delivery approach.
• • Participate directly in client presentations, workshops, and executive discussions to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• • Serve in hands-on delivery roles such as Data Architect, Engagement Lead, or Delivery Sponsor on key Data & AI engagements.
• • Remain actively involved during execution to guide teams through critical design decisions, delivery challenges, and client escalations.
• • Ensure all solutions are delivered to scope, quality, timeline, and commercial commitments while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
• • Contribute to the development of UK and global go-to-market offerings, assets, and accelerators based on real-world delivery experience.
• • Build and maintain long-term relationships with UK client executives and technology leaders to drive repeat business and strategic alignment.
• • Operate as a senior leader within Ensono’s global Data & AI practice, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and innovations across regions.
• • Align UK solutioning and delivery approaches with global frameworks while adapting to local client needs and market conditions.
• • Leverage global delivery teams to scale execution without compromising quality or accountability.
• • Maintain deep, current hands-on expertise in modern data platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI.
• • Set technical direction by example, leading from the front rather than delegating from afar.
• • Mentor Data & AI practitioners in partnership with global teams to develop repeatable delivery patterns and accelerators.
• • Reinforce Ensono’s culture of ownership, pragmatism, and delivering what is committed to.
• • Balance billable client delivery responsibilities with practice leadership duties to ensure sustainable growth and team development.
• • Serve as a technical escalation point and sponsor for high-priority engagements, providing clarity and direction during critical phases.
• • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to senior business and IT stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills while balancing strategic thinking with practical, deliverable solutions.
• • Facilitate constructive challenges and workshops with clients and internal teams to refine approaches and drive innovation.
• • Operate across multiple workstreams with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to influence without authority.
