- • Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to ABA and mental health practice providers, guiding them through clinical, financial, and operational challenges to drive sustainable growth.
- • Project manage provider launch timelines to ensure rapid, seamless onboarding and adherence to fastest possible deployment schedules.
- • Develop and deliver quarterly business reviews and customized presentation decks to demonstrate value delivery and identify growth opportunities for each practice.
- • Partner directly with providers to understand their scaling goals and align Finni’s tools, resources, and support to achieve those objectives.
- • Lead all provider communications via Google Meet, Slack, and email, providing proactive and reactive customer support to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- • Become the internal expert on all Finni products, services, and workflows, answering complex provider questions and resolving concerns with accuracy and urgency.
- • Oversee critical customer experience operations including training programs, help center and knowledge base content development, self-service tooling, scheduling systems, and performance reporting.
- • Collaborate with cofounders to design, refine, and implement cross-functional processes and tooling that improve scalability and operational efficiency.
- • Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs for the provider success function to ensure consistent service quality and measurable outcomes.
- • Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, quantifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-informed solutions that enhance provider outcomes and business performance.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic operations and regulatory requirements to provide contextually relevant guidance to providers.
- • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments by taking initiative, shaping strategy without rigid frameworks, and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
- • Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable provider success model that supports Finni’s 400% growth trajectory and path to profitability.
- • Act as a mission-driven advocate for democratizing autism care by empowering providers to deliver high-quality, compliant services while growing their businesses.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in operational advisory or customer success roles within healthcare, ABA, or mental health services
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple provider relationships and complex projects simultaneously
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure outcomes
- • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats (Slack, email, video calls)
- • Experience building and maintaining knowledge bases, training materials, and self-service resources
- • Comfort working in fast-paced, unstructured environments with high ambiguity and rapid iteration
