- • The Practice Supervisor oversees day-to-day operational functions of the mental health practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery, playing a critical role in integrating mental health services within PM Urgent Cares and supporting seamless clinical and administrative operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing operational and financial data, generating reports on scheduling, billing, and productivity, overseeing payroll processes, ensuring mental health billing compliance, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows, supporting provider scheduling, identifying process improvements, assisting in staff onboarding and training, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing flexible oversight including occasional weekend support.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration (Master’s strongly preferred)
- • Proficient with Excel
- • Bilingual Spanish preferred
- • Attention to detail
- • Strong organizational skills
- • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- • Ability to work well in a team-driven environment
- • Ability to work some evenings or weekends as required
- • Predominantly remote work with occasional travel to Mental Health Practices
