📋 Description

• • The Pre-Licensed Therapist role at Equip Health Inc. is critical to delivering evidence-based, virtual eating disorder treatment to patients across the lifespan, ensuring access to care that works through a multidisciplinary team approach.
• • Day to day, the therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as FBT, CBT-E, and CBT-AR, maintain clinical documentation, engage in between-session messaging via EMR, and collaborate with medical, nutritional, and peer support team members.

• • In this role, the therapist will gain supervised clinical hours toward full licensure, receive financial support for licensure and continuing education, and develop expertise in specialized eating disorder treatments while contributing to meaningful patient outcomes.
