- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle and expansion opportunities for enterprise and mid-market healthcare clients.
- • Lead deep technical and clinical workflow discovery sessions with prospects to identify integration requirements, EHR dependencies, security needs, and compliance considerations.
- • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design tailored solutions that align Heidi’s AI platform capabilities with real-world clinical workflows and customer-specific requirements, while remaining grounded in product roadmap feasibility.
- • Deliver compelling product demos and architecture walkthroughs to technical stakeholders including IT, InfoSec, and engineering teams within healthcare organizations.
- • Own and execute technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence requests with precision and attention to detail.
- • Proactively identify and resolve technical objections that slow down sales cycles, acting as a trusted advisor on security, compliance, AI governance, and EHR integration questions.
- • Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sales handoff by developing structured PRDs and detailed handoff documentation.
- • Provide field-derived feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform product improvements based on real-world customer use cases and integration challenges.
- • Work closely with Account Executives to accelerate deal velocity by translating complex technical capabilities into customer-specific value propositions.
- • Navigate high-stakes enterprise requirements including EMR integrations, custom clinical workflows, call system integrations, and security architecture design.
- • Maintain working knowledge of healthcare integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs to support technical evaluations and solution design.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across clinical, operational, and executive levels.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still being defined and scaled.
- • Travel approximately 25–50% of the time for onsite customer engagements across Canada and potentially other regions.
- • Contribute to building a trusted technical reputation with healthcare providers, health systems, and EMR vendors as a credible and empathetic partner.
- • Support the growth of Heidi’s footprint in Canada by driving adoption through technical credibility and customer-centric solution design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Pre-sales Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software
- • Experience leading and owning technical and workflow discovery sessions with enterprise clients
- • Working knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare integration standards: HL7, FHIR, REST APIs
- • Comfortable with 25–50% travel for onsite customer engagements
- • Experience supporting sales cycles with healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors
- • Ability to synthesize complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
