📋 Description

• • As the founding Premium Audit Manager at United Risk, you will establish and lead the premium audit function from the ground up, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate premium determination and compliance for the company’s global P&C insurance operations.
• • Day to day, you will manage and leverage a network of third-party audit vendors, analyze their workflows and performance, and use those insights to design and implement proprietary audit standards, technology systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to United Risk’s underwriting needs.
• • You will join a high-performing, entrepreneurial global P&C insurance underwriting and distribution platform with over three decades of consistent outperformance, known for attracting top-tier talent and empowering innovation.
• • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build systems, processes, and a team from scratch—developing deep expertise in premium audit while shaping a foundational function that supports underwriting accuracy, profitability, and regulatory compliance across international markets.
