  • • Deliver culturally-responsive care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and needs of patients and their families.
  • • Engage families in the treatment process to support holistic patient outcomes and reinforce therapeutic goals.
  • • Utilize Lyra’s AI-powered platform, Lyra Empower, to streamline clinical workflows, access patient records, and coordinate care with therapists and coaches.
  • • Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services integrated within Lyra’s platform to complement medication management.
  • • Maintain adherence to ethical clinical practices and professional standards in all patient interactions.
  • • Participate in ongoing clinical consultation and training opportunities provided by Lyra to enhance diagnostic expertise and treatment effectiveness.
  • • Operate as a 1099 contractor through Lyra Clinical Associates, managing your own schedule while benefiting from Lyra’s automated matching technology and administrative support.
  • • Serve a diverse patient population across the United States with varying mental health needs, abilities, and cultural contexts.
  • • Focus on clinical care without the burden of self-promotion, marketing, or scheduling responsibilities, as Lyra handles patient acquisition and logistics.
  • • Contribute to Lyra’s mission of improving access to mental health care by enabling patients to receive their first appointment within one day.
  • • Deliver care that aligns with Lyra’s published clinical outcomes, where nine out of ten patients show improvement with provider support.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Delaware
  • • Current DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances
  • • Experience providing psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults
  • • Valid, unrestricted professional license in good standing
  • • Ability to provide care via telehealth platforms
  • • Commitment to culturally-responsive and evidence-based clinical practices
